About the Event

Local chefs and caterers join us to help everyone know the best practices for local fresh food (a lost art in many kitchens!). How best to peel kohlrabi? Recipes for roasting? Incorporate as many local ingredients into a pizza? Then eat your creations! 10-11 students, hosted in various locations around County, often church kitchens. You can purchase tickets to all 10 classes left, at a discounted rate of $200 per person. 

Cooking Class dates are January 14th, February 11th, March 10th, April 14th, May 12th, June 9th, July 14th, August 11th, September 8th, October 13th, and November 10th.
