Our last class in our Local Cooking Series:
Baked items for your Thanksgiving Table
Healthful benefits for your diet and your wallet!​

This year CLFN is offering cooking classes through a grant from the NC Community Foundation to share recipes, ideas and teach methods of cooking with "fresh local foods" you can buy from your Carteret County farmers.  These will be “hands-on” experiences in small groups, nutritional information about the foods and eat what you helped create at the end of class!

The cost is $20 per person. Class size limit - 10 students.

Come learn, participate and have lots of fun! Learn how to keep our local farmers and fishermen in business!
