Chef Caroline has crafted a menu that showcases the best of the season, featuring local eggs, watermelon, corn, and a succulent Shenk pork entree. Chef Caroline will use classic Mexican street corn as the inspiration for our menu, adding her own unique twists to create dishes that are both comforting and innovative.
To kick off the evening, we will indulge in the flavors of summer with Spanish Deviled Eggs & Sweet Pickles sourced directly from Heart and Soil Farm. These delectable deviled eggs, infused with a hint of Spanish flair, are perfectly paired with the sweet and tangy pickles, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.
For the salad course, we present a refreshing Watermelon Salad that combines juicy watermelon cubes with zingy lime juice, aromatic fresh herbs, and crunchy pepitas. The combination of sweet and citrusy notes and the delightful crunch of the pepitas creates a truly magical taste experience.
Prepare your taste buds for the main course: Pork Carnitas Tacos & Mexican Street Corn. Succulent, slow-cooked pork carnitas take center stage in these mouthwatering tacos. Served alongside the iconic Mexican street corn, slathered with a creamy and tangy sauce, and sprinkled with cheese and spices, this dish will transport you to the vibrant streets of Mexico with every bite.
To conclude this exceptional culinary journey, we invite you to savor the irresistible flavors of our Black and Blue Buttermilk Tart.
